Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. When using AlbrightForge CRM, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Store third-party credentials or personal data you are not authorized to hold.
• Send spam or bulk email through the Service without a lawful basis, accurate sender details, and a working unsubscribe.
• Attempt to access other tenants’ data, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service beyond fair use.
• Upload malware or use the Service to harm others.

You are responsible for your users’ compliance. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to legal@albrightforge.com.
