Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AlbrightForge CRM(the “Service”), operated by AlbrightForge LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

AlbrightForge CRM is a hosted, multi-tenant customer-relationship and accounting platform offered as software-as-a-service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• New workspaces start with a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, the workspace locks until you subscribe.
• The base subscription is $20/month. Optional paid modules and bundles are billed at the prices shown in-app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the legality of the data you store, including any third-party credentials or personal information you choose to enter.

6. Availability & warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlbrightForge LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
