Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AlbrightForge LLC (“we”) handles personal information in connection with AlbrightForge CRM (the “Service”). For personal data that our business customers load into the Service about their own contacts and employees, the customer is the controller and we act as a processor under our Data Processing Addendum.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, phone, company details, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Customer Data — the contacts, jobs, invoices, files, and related records you enter.
- Billing information — handled by Stripe; we store only a customer/subscription reference and card brand + last four digits, never full card numbers.
- Usage & device data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional and account notices (e.g. billing, security, trial reminders).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing & subprocessors
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the Service, listed on our Subprocessors page, and where required by law.
Sensitive data
Fields you may choose to store (such as third-party website or account credentials) are encrypted at rest. We do not store Social Security numbers. Please do not enter data you are not authorized to store.
Retention
We keep Customer Data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your workspace data from our production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Routine backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
Your rights
You can access and export all of your workspace data at any time from Settings → Data & privacy, and you can request deletion of your account and data from the same place. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify affected customers of any material breach as required by law.
